I know the idea of a boudoir session can be a bit intimidating at first, but don’t worry, I’m here to help ease your mind. I’ve had the chance to chat with many women about their sessions and have noticed some common questions that come up. So, I thought it would be helpful to put together a list of my top 12 most frequently asked questions to give you a better idea of what to expect and how to prepare for your boudoir session with me. Let’s dive in and address any concerns you may have!

Do you share my images?

We know that once you see your images, you’ll absolutely adore them and probably want to show them off to everyone! However, we just want to make sure that we have your permission before we share them publicly. Your privacy is important to us, so rest assured that your images will always remain private unless you give us the okay. But hey, if you ever want to change your mind and share them with the world, just let us know and we’ll make it happen!

Do I have to wear lingerie?

You definitely don’t HAVE to specifically wear lingerie, it depends on your personality! There are a bunch of outfit ideas other than lacy little things!

Do you have payment plans?

Heck yes! We offer interest free payment plans prior to your session! They’re super simple and flexible to set up and we can make your dream session a reality even if you kind of got sticker shock reading about our pricing.

We also offer monthly payment plans with PayPal, Affirm, and Klarna!

We are always happy to discuss payment plan options on the phone prior to booking if you would like! All you have to do is set up a consult on our “Contact” page! No obligation required.

Is hair and makeup included?

We include hair and make-up services in all of our boudoir shoots. We believe it’s crucial for you to feel pampered and having your hair and make-up done is a fantastic way to achieve that! Our incredible team is here to help you perfect your look, whether you prefer a natural “I just woke up like this” vibe or full-on glam! Feel free to bring any ideas or inspirations you have for your make-up, and we’ll do our best to bring your vision to life!

Do you Photoshop my images?

When I edit your images, I focus on enhancing the light, exposure, and color balance. However, I do NOT edit out any of the real you in the photos. I believe that it’s important to embrace all parts of yourself, even the ones you may not love right now. We are all beautiful in our own unique ways, and I’m here to help you see that. My job is to work with you to showcase your natural beauty and bring out your best features in the photos!

What about outfits?

Oh this is one of my favorite brags I get to do all the time! Here’s the thing, you don’t have to bring anything with you. – Say what?!

Yup! My studio’s wardrobe room is an extensive collection of over 250 XS-4X pieces that you are welcome to borrow from for your shoot! We will assist you 100%, selecting the best pieces for you and giving feedback on what is going to photograph best. We always let our clients make the final decisions about what they feel the most confident in to use for their session!

What type of print products do you have?

We offer Collections as well as A La Carte products so that we are able to fully customize your day with us leaving you with the best products for your individual lifestyle.

Do you offer digitals?

All of our Collections include some sort of print product and digitals, but there is also an A La Carte list that you can choose from as well!

I’m freaking out! How can I calm my nerves?

Nerves are all part of the experience! I always say that it would be weird if your WEREN’T nervous. The nervousness in the beginning of your shoot makes your moment of “WOW” when seeing your photos for the first time so much better!

How many outfits should I bring?

I would stray away from bringing a luggage bag full as we only use 3 of your absolute HECK YES outfits. I will help you decide at your shoot between what you may bring and what I have here at the studio’s closet!

Should I get to my shoot early?

We love a prepared Queen, but this is not a doctor’s office. Just arrive on time at 9am and we will be ready for you!

Where is your studio located?

We are located in historic downtown Deland, FL! We love this town and the rich history of the building we are in!
